Negligence, deception, and corruption have plagued the building industry, particularly over the past forty years, and since the inception of HWI ten years ago sixty per cent of builders have been unable to work, destroying their lives and families causing bankruptcies, severe depression and suicides and requires action by ASIC, ICAC and the ACCC.
